Complete this checklist before inquiring with The Elopement Collective to create your epic elopement:

  • Read the information pack that was emailed to you.
  • Make sure you read through the information pack that we’ve sent to your email.
  • If you haven’t received it yet, you can enter your email address here to get the information pack.
  • Remember to check your spam folder if the email doesn’t show up in your inbox.
  • It’s a good habit to check your spam folder regularly anyway—the email gods can be quite fickle.
  • Decide on either a location or a type of location.
  • Start thinking about where you want to have your elopement.
  • Are you dreaming of Iceland or maybe “a black sand beach like Iceland but in Australia”?
  • Perhaps “Byron Bay” is on your mind, or a picturesque green hinterland area in the USA?
  • Somewhere around Tasmania or Europe?
  • Our teams are stationed all around the world and we’re constantly on the move, so if you have some flexibility, we might just be nearby your ideal spot.
  • You’re in love with someone and you’d really like to marry them.
  • This might seem obvious, but it’s essential. You need to be madly in love with someone and really want to marry them.
  • Legally, both of you must be 18 or older, not currently married to someone else, and fully consenting to the marriage.
  • There are a few other legal requirements, but don’t worry—your celebrant will go over all of them with you.
